How Sarted handles your information.

We collect the information needed to provide Sarted:

• Google sign-in details: your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image when available.
• Account details: workspace name, preferences, subscription and support history.
• Your content: Areas, Projects, tasks, notes, files, dates, messages and approved context.
• Service data: device, browser, sign-in, error, security and usage records.
• Payment status from Stripe. Sarted does not store full payment-card details.

We use information to authenticate you, create and operate your workspace, save and synchronise your content, provide collaboration and AI features, process subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal information or use Google profile data for advertising.

Sarted requests only the basic openid, email and profile permissions needed for Google sign-in. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts or other Google services.

Google sign-in data is used to identify your Sarted account, secure access and display your account details. We do not use it to train AI models.

When you choose an AI feature, the relevant content for that request may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate the requested response. Sarted also uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery and payments.

Providers may process information only to deliver their contracted service or meet legal obligations.

We share information with service providers acting for Sarted, people you invite to a shared project, and authorities when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.

Project sharing is limited to the project and access level selected by its owner.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, tenant separation, logs and backups to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security.

We retain account information and content while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for backup, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. You can request deletion or export through Sarted or by contacting support.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Authentication cookies and browser storage keep you signed in and maintain security. Blocking them may prevent Sarted from working.

We may update this policy when Sarted, its providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown in the product or on this page.
