The rules that apply to Sarted accounts, content, subscriptions and collaboration.
Sarted provides tools for capturing, organising, planning and sharing projects and information. You must be legally able to accept these terms and provide accurate account information. If you use Sarted for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.
You are responsible for your account, devices and activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Google sign-in confirms your identity but does not make Google responsible for Sarted. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.
Do not use Sarted to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, obtain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape at scale, misrepresent your identity or store content you have no right to use.
We may restrict activity that creates a security, legal or operational risk.
You retain ownership of content you add. You give Sarted the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit that content to provide the features you request.
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy and permissions attached to your content and invitations.
AI responses may be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before acting on them, especially for financial, legal, medical, employment or safety decisions.
You remain responsible for decisions and content created from AI suggestions.
Current prices, plan limits and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund a period already started unless required by law.
Enterprise commitments apply only when agreed in writing.
You control invitations and project links you create. Recipients must use them only for their authorised purpose. Integrations and third-party services have separate terms and may change independently of Sarted.
We aim to keep Sarted available and protect stored information, but service interruptions, maintenance and data loss can occur. Keep exports or backups of information you cannot afford to lose.
We may change features or these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where practical.
You may stop using Sarted and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment, security risks or legal requirements. Provisions that should logically continue after termination remain in effect.
Sarted is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Projuct Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss caused by decisions based on AI output.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
